Elefly P117-Style Charger — RYOBI 18V Compatible (Generic)
A P117-style charger for RYOBI 18V ONE+ lithium packs that also handles older 12–18V NiCd/NiMH packs, per the listing. 100–240V input, 2A output for lithium, LED status lights, and the seller says it charges a 6.0Ah pack in about 2 hours.
Honest note: this is a third-party compatible product, not made or endorsed by RYOBI. Capacity numbers and safety marks (CE, FCC, RoHS and the like) are seller-declared. We didn't see a UL or ETL listing claimed on this one. If you want brand-made, buy RYOBI's own.
Pairs with: Powilling 18V 2-pack and the RYOBI P755 blower.
Why we pick this
If your camp has power from a generator, RV or solar, one inexpensive charger keeps every ONE+ pack in camp topped off, the blower’s included. The seller says it meets FCC, RoHS and CE testing. That’s their claim, not an independent listing, which is why we’d run it where someone can keep an eye on it.
- Bring it when: You have RYOBI ONE+ packs and power at camp.
- Skip it if: You have no power at camp, or you already own a RYOBI charger.
- In the box: One charger, per the listing. No battery.
- Field tip: Charge in the evening while the generator is already running, and keep the charger in the shade.
- Late-fall note: Don’t charge a pack that’s been sitting out on a frosty night. Let it warm up indoors or in the cab first. This charger won’t fix a cold battery, and charging lithium below freezing can damage it.
Battery / lithium notes
- Chargers aren't batteries, so no Wh limit. Don't charge in direct sun or inside a closed, hot car.
- FAA PackSafe: spare lithium batteries ride in carry-on only. Up to 100 Wh is fine; 101–160 Wh needs airline approval, two spares max.
- Keep packs shaded and off the dash. Heat kills lithium. Wipe grit off the contacts before you click a pack in.
