Same polo fields as Coachella, very different RV rules. Coachella says no RVs. Stagecoach sells powered RV sites in The Resort, its camping area. Stagecoach 2027 is April 23–25 in Indio, and The Resort opens at 9 a.m. on the Thursday before. Everything below comes from the official Resort page, which we read on October 19, 2026. If this page and theirs ever disagree, go with theirs.

What the official site says
- RV sites are 20' × 50', and every one is powered for both 30-amp and 50-amp RVs. Bring 50 to 75 feet of power cord to reach the hookup. Pop the breaker twice and you're cut off for the weekend.
- There are no water or sewer hookups listed. Paid water trucks and pump trucks roam the RV lots, first come, first served and not guaranteed. Arrive with your fresh tank full and your black and grey tanks empty. There's no pumping on Thursday.
- Lots 8, 5 and 10 are Reserved: you pick your spot when you buy, up to five per account. Lots 4B and 7 are one per account and filled first come, first served.
- RV sites are sold separately from festival passes. Each site gets eight Resort wristbands, and the limit is eight attendees (kids 10 and under don't count). Everyone still needs a festival pass.
- Your rig has to be self-contained, with a working installed toilet, a water tank and a place to sleep. One RV per site, and no tents in RV sites.
- Tow vehicles can't stay in your site. You unhook and park in Tow Vehicle Parking. A motorized vehicle towed behind your RV goes in Camping Companion Parking, which you buy in advance. Utility trailers aren't allowed anywhere.
- Your RV's factory-installed generator is the only generator allowed, and you can be asked to shut it off if the exhaust bothers your neighbors. Portable generators are banned.
- Outside the RV, one listed tabletop propane stove (two burners max) per site, 7 a.m. to 2 a.m., with no more than 20 lb of propane. No campfires or fire pits. Your RV's built-in stove is fine.
- The vehicle needs a working smoke detector and carbon monoxide monitor, even if it's a rental.
- Metal stakes, branded canopies, golf carts and powered speakers are all on The Resort's not-allowed list. Pedal bikes are fine.
Two things the Resort page doesn't spell out right now: 2027 RV site prices and a maximum RV length. Check the official FAQ or the AXS listing before you rent a big rig.
Having it delivered
If a rental company drops the RV off, the person whose name is on the Resort order has to be at check-in, or the RV gets turned away. Only the RV goes through check-in, so the festival suggests meeting the driver somewhere off-site and riding in together. Ask your rental company whether it will do that before you book.
Rental tips
Indio is roughly a 2 to 3 hour drive from Los Angeles, depending on traffic. Late April desert days are hot and nights cool off, so you'll use both AC and a blanket. Before you book, ask the rental company whether the RV has a factory generator, a long enough power cord or extension, and working smoke and CO detectors.
