Kelty Camp Galley Deluxe — Hanging Camp Kitchen Organizer
Prices on Amazon
Ends the dig for the spatula. Kelty Camp Galley Deluxe: a hanging organizer (34x16 in. in use) with deep pockets, a paper towel holder and a waterproof trash pocket. It weighs 1 lb 7 oz.
Why we pick this
Hang it off the table, car door or canopy leg and every utensil, spice and lighter is at arm’s length instead of at the bottom of a bin. In wet weather that matters more: nothing sits in a puddle on the table, and it rolls up into one bag when you leave.
- Festival fit: Crew kitchens and car camps where several people cook.
- Heads up: It's an organizer, not a bin. Keep food in a sealed tote at night.
- Lived-in tip: Keep a headlamp in one pocket for late-night cooking.
- Late-fall note: When rain is in the forecast, hang it under the canopy, not out in the open, and let it dry out before you roll it up for the drive home.
