Why we pick this
Long fest days wreck meal times. You're in line, at a set, or helping a neighbor with a shade structure, and suddenly it's 4 p.m. and you haven't eaten. A shelf-stable shake powder fixes the morning: shake a scoop with cold water in a wide-mouth bottle while the coffee brews. It doesn't need a cooler, and it's less trash than a pile of breakfast wrappers. It's a backup for real meals at camp, not a replacement for every one of them.
