Goal Zero Nomad 20 Solar Panel

Goal Zero's Nomad 20, a foldable 20W monocrystalline solar panel with an 8mm port, a USB port and an adjustable kickstand.
Why we pick this
It's a small panel with USB that charges a phone or power bank directly. It's slow but simple: unfold it facing the sun at an open-sky camp like Camp EDC or Bass Canyon and let it trickle-charge a power bank through the day. It's a poor fit under the trees at Electric Forest or Hulaween.
- Sun only: a panel only charges in open sun. Under deep tree shade or heavy cloud, output drops a lot.
