By using this website or placing an order with Dustproof Supply, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy and Returns policies.

Products & descriptions

We aim for accurate descriptions and images. Colors and finishes can vary by screen. Product specs (lumens, capacity, materials) are based on manufacturer/supplier data — we don’t guarantee third-party lab results unless stated. Consumer dust/particle language for masks is not a medical or NIOSH claim unless a specific certification is stated on the product page.

Pricing

Prices are in USD and may change. Checkout total is the binding price. We may cancel orders with obvious pricing errors and refund you.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (fraud risk, stock errors, restricted shipping). If we cancel, you’ll get a refund of amounts paid.

IP & brand

All Dustproof Supply site content (logos, copy, graphics we own) is ours or used under license. You may not scrape or republish it wholesale.

Festival trademarks: We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Burning Man Project or other festival organizers. We do not use official marks in product titles. Descriptive phrases in body copy (where allowed) do not imply partnership.

Some tent/shelter products may use affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you buy from a partner. Partner terms and fulfillment apply.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dustproof Supply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of products or the site. Total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Outdoor / desert use involves inherent risk (heat illness, weather, equipment failure). Use gear as directed; you’re responsible for safe packing, setup, and use.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Dustproof Supply against claims arising from misuse of products or violation of these Terms.

Governing law
