Short version: Dustproof Supply doesn't sell, charge for, or ship the gear on this site. We curate it. When you tap View on Amazon, you buy from Amazon (or the seller on that Amazon listing), and Amazon or that seller ships it. For partner tents and shelters, you buy from the partner brand and they ship it.
Who ships your order
- Amazon picks: Amazon or the third-party seller on the listing handles shipping, delivery speed, tracking, and costs. What you see at Amazon checkout is what applies.
- Partner tents and shelters: the partner brand ships and sets its own delivery times. Check their checkout before you buy.
Kits and lists arrive in several packages
Our kits (Night Ride, Dust Defense, Desert Day, shade builds) are packing lists, not one boxed product. Each piece is its own Amazon listing, so expect several packages, tracking numbers, and delivery dates. Order early if your fest date is close.
We don't charge you for these items

Lithium batteries and power banks
Carrier and airline rules for lithium cells apply. Amazon or the seller decides what can ship to your address. If you're flying, spare lithium batteries and power banks usually have to go in your carry-on.
Problems with a delivery
Use your Amazon order page (or the partner's order email) for tracking, late or missing packages, and damaged boxes. They hold the order, so they can fix it faster than we can.
