Short version: Dustproof Supply doesn't sell or ship the gear on this site, so we can't process returns or refunds for it. Amazon (or the seller on the Amazon listing) handles returns for Amazon picks. Partner brands handle returns for their tents and shelters.
Returning an Amazon pick
Start the return from Your Orders on Amazon. Amazon's return window and rules apply, and some sellers and categories have their own. Check the listing before you buy.
Returning a partner tent or shelter
Use the partner brand's return policy and order email. Some brands limit returns on gear that's been used in dust or on the playa, so read their policy before you set it up.
Kits and multi-item lists
Each piece in a kit is its own Amazon order line, so you return each piece on its own through Amazon. You don't have to send back the whole kit.
Used-in-dust reality check
Gear that has seen alkaline dust, mud, or a week of camp is often not returnable under seller rules. Try goggles, packs, and lights at home first, and keep the packaging until you're sure.
Consumables
Electrolytes, sunscreen, wipes, and other consumables follow Amazon's rules, and opened items are usually not returnable.
